Save the config.cfg, then when in game you can use "0" (on top of the keyboard) to enter free camera, and move it using the numpad. Once you're where you want with the free cam, press F9 or ctrl+F9 in 1.41+ and you can teleport you're truck ! Also, if you want to travel far, you can open the console with ~ and type "goto [city name]".
You can always assign a button yourself to open and close one of various uesr interface screens. Even if i assign "options" button to open menu, i cannot use it or any other button to close it (get back into the game). I've tried mapping to every button on G29 wheel but it does not work as it does on controller. #2.
no problem here too, probbaly an os thing or driver related. Hm, well, I later found out that holding down the windows button for some time and then releasing it, pretty much worked. not sure what you're going for, but when you're in game and need to go back to windows "ctrl-alt-del" followed by "esc" always works.
